Legal practice expertise
As both in-house counsel and freelance lawyer, he has gained vast experience in the field of EU law and domestic antitrust law, with particular emphasis on the control of monopolies, merger-control and state aid. During his legal career, he has also managed the restructuring of businesses in financial difficulty and has gained outstanding experience in bankruptcy law, particularly in relation to directors’ liability and actions for “revocatoria”.
Professional experience and Education
For more than 20 years, he has acted as in-house counsel in one of the most important Italian industrial groups. In that role, he has provided assistance for the national and international operations of the holding company and of its subsidiaries, both in the public and in the private fields.
For many years, he has been counsel for an important international engineering company. He has served as director of several Italian and foreign companies. He obtained his Law Degree at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” (110/110) and has been a member of the Bar of Rome since 1978.
