He specializes in industrial law, patents and trademarks as well as in copyright and intellectual property rights.
Professional Experience and Education
In about 25 years of professional practice he has been assisting Italian and foreign clients in acquiring, protecting and exploiting intellectual property rights, including licensing.
He has assisted clients in complex court litigations with particular focus on trademarks and copyright infringements, unfair competition acts and misleading advertising and domain names’ disputes.
In 2009, he taught the modules “Privacy Code and Journalism” and “Defamation and Freedom of the Press” at the “School of Specialization for Legal Professions” (S.S.P.L.) of the University of Rome “La Sapienza”.
He obtained his law degree from the University “La Sapienza”, Rome, summa cum laude.
