He is an expert in administrative law, including public tenders and contracts, environment, city planning, public accounting liability, state assets, municipalities and the so called “Terzo Settore”.
Professional Experiences and Education
Stefano Rossi studied at “La Sapienza” University of Rome, where he obtained his degree in Law (summa cum laude).
He has been serving as assistant professor at the LUISS Guido Carli of Rome.
He has served as legal expert for the EU Reves – Réseau europée des villes & régions de l’économie sociale for the project “Promoting Social Considerations into Public Procurement Procedures for Social Economy Enterprises”.
He serves as Chairman of the Board of Guarantors of FEDERAVO, as well as member of the Board of Guarantors of the “Terzo Settore” Forum – Lazio.
He has been speaker at several conventions and training courses.
